This happens immediately. No waiting, no follow-up needed.
Email us from any address and we'll erase the account. To protect people from having their accounts deleted by someone else, we verify ownership of the phone number before removing anything, so please include it.
We respond within 30 days, and in practice much sooner. You'll get a confirmation once it's done.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, no archive, and no way for us to restore it afterward.
If you pay for Kelbo Premium, cancel it in the Google Play Store before deleting your account. Deleting your Kelbo account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and Google would keep billing you for it.
In the Play Store app: tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then select Kelbo and cancel.
Support emails you previously sent us stay in our inbox unless you ask us to delete those too, just say so in your request. Purchase records are retained by Google Play under their own policies and tax obligations, which we don't control.
